Before you ask
- What's the minimum order?
- There isn't one. Start at any amount that fits your test — a flavour, a size or a whole market — without committing to a year of inventory sitting in a warehouse.
- How long does it take?
- Typical door-to-door is as fast as 2 weeks, depending on production volume and freight, from artwork approval. Air freight is available when a launch date will not move.
- Are there setup or plate fees?
- Yes, but we work as a partner, not just a supplier — depending on your order size and reorder frequency, we may waive the fee or discount the plates. Rotogravure cylinders are a one-time cost per design and are reused on every reprint.
- Can I get a sample before I commit?
- Yes. We supply unprinted samples in your specified structure so you can run them on your filling line, and a printed proof before production.
- What do you need from my designer?
- We send a die-line template with bleed, seal and gusset areas marked. Back comes vector artwork with fonts outlined and images at 300dpi or better.
- Who handles freight and customs?
- We do. Quotes are delivered to your dock, with freight, duty and inland delivery included, so there is no second invoice after the pallets arrive.
