The floor your packaging runs on.
Buying packaging from overseas asks you to trust a facility you cannot walk through. So walk through it here. Printing, lamination, slitting, converting and inspection, in the order your order moves through it. We don't prescribe packaging without understanding the application.
The line, end to end
Reel in at one end, cased pouches at the other. The six stations below break down what happens in between.

Six stations, in order
- 01
Prepress & cylinders
Artwork is trapped, separated and engraved to cylinder. This is where a die-line becomes something a press can actually hold register on.
- 02
Rotogravure printing
Engraved cylinders lay down dense, repeatable colour at speed. The right process for long runs and solid coverage.
- 03
Lamination
Webs are bonded into the specified structure. Solvent-free adhesive where the application allows it.
- 04
Automated inspection
Every metre of web is checked for register, colour drift and defects — not sampled by eye.
- 05
Slitting & rewinding
Laminate is slit to width and wound to the core and tension your machine or our pouch line needs.
- 06
Pouch converting
Forming, sealing, and applying zippers, valves, spouts and notches. Finished packs are sampled against the approved standard.
